hello, everyone! i fell off the face of the earth for awhile there - juggling work full-time and school on top of it is stealing my soul. but i wanted to let you all know that i'm not going anywhere, i'm still here! i'm going to throw steven out there for some more lines, too! lines are love, and will help keep me active!
so, brief overview: steven is 25 years old, and he works in an entry level position in a doctor's office. specifically, he works for an ob-gyn. mostly just filing and office duties. he doesn't loathe his job, but it's not his favorite thing either. being surrounded by middle-aged women all day isn't exactly his dream job. but he deals, because he enjoys the paycheck.
his best friends are larrylaw & rhiannyn, and his ex-fiance/it's complicated is cambrn. if anyone else wants to toss some lines at me, i'd appreciate it!
Hey guys! I'm bringing in Rooney Mara as Caroline Cooley in soon. She's ~mcgrath's best friend since childhood, and has been living in Tarrywood for the past 8 years, give or take. She's a graduate college that studied Politics. She's also good friends with ~aka through the library. Mostly, she's quiet and reserved, but really smart and straightforward (in a rude way, sometimes, but she doesn't mean it) when you actually talk to her. She's nice and will laugh at anything that's meant to be funny. She's always really hyperaware of everybody around her and she constantly worries if she's annoying/bugging anybody.
That's all I have as of right now! Friends would be nice, definitely. I'd also love if she had an ex around? I'd be happy to fill any lines!
This may not be the right time of night to post but here goes nothing! I'm thinking of bring the lovely Emanuela de Paula in as Tammy Singleton. Currently the only details I have on her so far is that she's 25 years old and works with nmalarkey and jplaurent at News Corp as an assistant to a TBA senior lawyer. Before I bring her in I wanted to get more connections established. She's also Canadian and this'll be her third year in the States. Friends, roommates, enemies, neighbors, flings, someone to help her day a little easier and less lonely.
Just wanted to toss one of these up and see what additional lines I could muster up for Frankie. Already she's good friends with ~aka and ~villeza, is still sloppily in love with ~gibson, and is cousins with ~bexster. Really I would love to further divulge into relationships with the people in all of their lives. Organic is ace no matter what, but a starting ground can also help me figure out who knows who and how. If anyone is interested, I could use a few former dates (nothing too serious), fellow teachers, parents who's kids are/were in her class, anyone who likes to playfully banter... This is Violet Cortlandt, younger sister to aidan. She's 16 (17 in May), moved to Sleepy Hollow in '02. She's a junior at the high school. She's popular, a cheer leader, ditzy, somewhat flighty, but half the time, she means well.
I'd love to work out some lines with people, I know some characters around here are in the high school or teachers there so I'd love to work things out with anyone!
Hey guys! I've had Charlotte on hiatus since last month and she will continue to be on hiatus until the end of this month while midterms pass. I know there are a few new characters in game, some in their mid-40's, that I'd love to work out lines with since it's not always easy to find lines with older characters. Anyway, I'll get to the basics. She's 45 years old (turning 46 in March), the wife of braggsj and mother to mbraggs and bragg. She was born and raised in Irvington and pretty much never left. She owns Hudson Deli in Irvington with her hubby and it has been there since the mid-80's when they first opened it up (with financing help from their folks, of course). Charlotte is a fun, loving woman who loves staying active and enjoys the colder weather ..which means she hates this mild winter. She's fiercely protective of her family and that includes her daughter-in-law emlis, Matt's girlfriend gue and several of his friends that she jokingly refers to as her adopted sons (bcavero and kevinma).
Now that I'm done rambling, give me your lines! New and old characters, I'd love anything you have to offer me. I promise to be back in action with her once the craziness settles down at the end of the month!
This is Taine, played by the awesome Manu Bennett from Spartacus. He's an archeologist, working at the NYU as an exchange teacher for a year.. He's living with guttenberg, neighbour of stott. He's 39 years old and originally from New Zealand.. He's new to America, but I would love to find some possible lines for him anyway. Maybe a workout buddy, he's a bit of a trainaholic, some friends (we could develop that organically) and the likes of it..
So, since I have her bio up, I figured I'd make a better attempt at this. I'm hoping to bring Madeleine Boggs back to the game, with a few tweaks to her. Most noticeably is that she is now played by the lovely Chloe Moretz. She's a 19 year old history major at NYU and it pretty much runs her life. If it happened at some point in the past, she probably knows something about it. She was born in Dobbs Ferry and raised mostly by her grandparents. Her parents are both abroad at the moment, working on excavations at Bethsaida. She is currently working as a 'florist' though she uses them term loosely. She mostly works the front desk and cleans up. Occasionally she can be found fiddling with basic arrangements and she's getting pretty talented in the art of stemming flowers.
If any of her old connections are still around, I'd love to reconnect. I'm also game for anything new as she could pretty much use just about anything. Any additional information on her can be found here. Please don't be shy! I look forward to writing with you all.
I've had this urge to PB the lovely Catherine Bell as of late, but before I started working on anything, wanted to see if anyone would be interested in any lines? She'll be in her early 40's (43/44), but that's all I have right now. So, any lines that need filling as she's a completely blank slate at this time, throw them at me and let's see what we can come up with!
EDIT: This is Kara Stott, PB'd by the lovely Catherine Bell. She's a soon-to-be 44 year old mother of 1, the owner of the yet to be named floral shop that moggs works at, and the aunt of alssa (through her father). I am still working out the details, but since I had a little more information on her, I wanted to update this post. Any other familial connections that are in game would be great - so anyone that is related to ~alssa through her father's side of the family would be great. Neighbors would also be lovely, and she's in Sleepy Hollow for reference. Fellow small business owners (the floral shop is of the 'mom and pop' variety) would be great as well, or even customers and more employees if that tickles your fancy. Other parents with children in daycare, a babysitter, and anything else child-oriented...
If anyone feels like they'd want to take on another character, I'd love to get her husband in game, as well as some best/close friends that are her age or close to it. I do have face suggestions, but nothing that's set in stone.
Thinking of taking Jamie Bamber to ~thehudson, before I get started; however, is anyone looking for a line he could fill? I'd love for him to have some solid connections before I revamp his bio and get him ready to play.
Thanks to going on vacation, I have all this time on my hands and sleep is not an option. I'd rather plot instead! So, with that being said, I'm hoping to bring this lovely lady in and she could use some lines.
What I have for Ms. Elaine Harvey so far is that she is twenty-six years old, Sleepy Hollow resident, and an elementary school teacher (music education). The two most important things in her life is religion (Christian) and music. She's an adamant believer in faith but don't worry, she isn't really the preaching type so she doesn't go after people. On a different note, she has had an instrument in her hands for as long as she can remember. It started out with the piano, graduated to playing the tuba in high school, and she also plays the bass guitar.
Personality wise, she's very upbeat and some people accuse her of being one accident away from becoming a superhero. That's how much energy she has. In her own way, she's quirky but also has a bit of a nerdy side to her. She's more of a listener and one of those people that tries to solve every problem that's thrown at her. On the downside, patience isn't her greatest virtue but she's working on it - slowly but surely. Sometimes, life gets extremely overwhelming and usually at her own doing.
I'm in the process of filling her out some more. All she has as of now is a line through kasem (friend, band mate) but she could use just about everything. I'm talking friends, family, co-workers, maybe an ex or two, or a guy that is out of her league. If she could fill lines, that's also fantastic.
Hello lovely people! I need lines for this lovely man who I just apped! His name is Nicholas Engel, but he usually goes by Nick. He's a chef and went to the Art Institute in LA and got an associates in Culinary Arts. He is the father of a 19 year old girl, jessengel, who was born in his Senior year of high school and was ultimately the result of a short-term relationship in high school. Her mother kinda lost her shit, said "I can't do this anymore", and disappeared on them, leaving an 18 year old Nick to care for a 10 month old babygirl.
For the most part, Nick is a pretty laid back/easy going guy. He's always around to lend a helping hand to pretty much anyone who needs it, sometimes to the point where he focuses so much on helping others that he forgets to pay attention to his own issues. He's generally just a good guy, very family-oriented, kid-friendly. He's not the life of the party, but he's not a total social recluse.
He and Jess only recently moved to New York at the beginning of the year, so mostly he'd probably know people around Dobbs Ferry, but he'll be branching out more soon! So, friends, cousins, all the usual suspects! Let's get some connections going, hey? :D

Hello, hello. Meet Cass as played by Behati Prinsloo. She's a twenty-six-year old photo editor for a NYC-based magazine megahouse, but her real life's work is a web comic/installation called 'Bad Secretary.' It basically chronicles her misadventures as one of the invisible corporate masses and is full of doodles, faux memos and collage. She was born in California but has been more or less in New York state since her freshman year at SUNY Purchase. There she met brothers-in-arms evanmonroe and eethan. The three have been tight ever since and she relies on them for everything from sanity to rounding out her co-ed softball team. Yeah, she's a weekend warrior. She also lives alone in Sleepy Hollow and due to a steady consumption of real- and unreal-crime television, she's convinced she's going to be kidnapped. It's been four months since her move in and by now, her friends are all prepared for a nightly call. Don't worry though. She rotates.

hello kids! i decided to change my guy's face to andrew garfield. anyway, i haven't done a storyline plea yet, so i figured i might as well. meet murphy mcgrath. he's originally from the u.k. but he frequents the u.s. to visit family, particularly his uncle. he relocated a couple of months ago and decided to make tarrytown his permanent home. personality wise, he's a pretty laid back guy. he's free spirited, loves to travel and exploring different places. sometimes he can also be outspoken, rude, and mischievous. he can be impulsive at times and incapable of taking things seriously. his bio is in the journal so feel free to check that out. anyway...i have no storylines at the moment so i'm hoping to find a couple here. maybe a best friend, co-workers, sibling, cousins, etc etc. maybe even an ex girlfriend, past flings. i'll take whatever!
